Cancellation - Full Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund, less a processing fee of fifteen (15) dollars at any time within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase before utilizing any part of VetPrep's online database, prep questions, PowerPages, PowerLectures, or practice exams. You may cancel your subscription and receive a refund of seventy-five (75) percent of the subscription fee, less a processing fee of fifteen (15) dollars, at any time within ten (10) days of purchase before answering a maximum of one hundred (100) questions. There is no refund after more than ten (10) days.



To cancel your subscription within the time period(s) allowed, please contact our support team. Your failure to adhere to the Terms and Conditions may also result in the cancellation of your subscription by us without refund.



Cancellation - Extensions

If you cancel within twenty-four (24) hours of purchasing an extension, we will refund you the extension price, less a processing fee of fifteen (15) dollars. If you cancel more than twenty-four (24) hours after purchasing or after answering more than one hundred (100) questions, you will not be eligible for a refund.



Cancellation - iTunes App Store

Purchases made in the VetPrep iOS app through the Apple App Store are only eligible for a refund directly through Apple. VetPrep is unable to refund in-app purchases; however, customers should contact our support team, and we will provide the steps necessary to request a refund from Apple. Please note that a refund from Apple is not guaranteed, regardless of the circumstances, and is out of VetPrep's control.
